Ayurvedic Massage (60-120 minutes)

This is an invigorating and balancing massage. Warmed Ayurvedic oils are massaged into the skin using firm, uplifting techniques and over a 100 marma (pressure) points are applied to balance and detoxify. £45 (60 mins, with Andrea), £60 (90 mins, with Katie), £55 (90 mins, Andrea), £65 (120 mins, Andrea)


Ayurvedic Head Massage (30 minutes)

While you lay down in a warm room on a comfortable couch to fully relax, Ayurvedic oils are massaged into chest, neck, shoulders & scalp and pressure points are applied. A deeply relaxing treatment. £20 (Katie)

Balancing Ayurvedic Wrap (150 minutes)

The treatment starts with dry body brushing to exfoliate the skin, an application of warm Ayurvedic oils are then applied to the body. The body is then wrapped to absorb the oils whilst the client relaxes and enjoys a reflexology treatment. After the body is unwrapped the treatment finishes with a full body massage concentrating on Ayurvedic pressure points. £89 (with Katie)
